Melbourne’s Prahran Neighbourhood House (PNH)is a busy centre for more than 20 cultural groups. Each week programs bring around 2000 people to the centre and classes attract another 740. This week PNH was listed in ‘Your Guide to Victoria’s NOT FOR PROFIT Organisations’ an advertising feature in The Age. Each organisation was categorised and its needs listed.

PNH classes include adult literacy, English as a second language, budget cooking, discussion groups and computer classes and together with the Eastern Local Learning & Employment Network (ELLEN)they are providing a successful youth education program.
On Saturdays the ‘Eagles Club’ enables disabled people to enjoy low cost social outings and there are ‘No Limts’ dance parties for disabled people.
