Project Worker The Australian Red Cross NSW save-a-mate (SAM) program
Seeking a suitably experienced person to join the SAM team based in Sydney. SAM is a multi faceted alcohol and other drugs training/ education program targeting a diverse range of groups. This role will require you to create opportunities for individuals, businesses and other organisations to partner with SAM resulting in continued expansion of the program. A large component of the role includes maintaining and capacity building a network of volunteers. Identification and pursuit of opportunities to raise funds through fee for service activities as well as marketing and promoting the program are also integral components of this exciting role. Demonstrated experience in training delivery along with a certificate 4 in assessment and workplace training will be highly regarded. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage ERR?s OOSH Inclusion Program. The successful applicant will provide information, training and support to mainstream OOSH Centre?s to facilitate the inclusion of children with low to high support needs, aged 5 ? 12 years. The coordinator will have a strong emphasis on community development and will therefore build relationships with centres, local SUPS teams and other community groups.
