Inaugural Aussie Home-Based Business Awards

Entries close 31 July 2006 – prizes worth $30,000

JPG Media has this year organised the ‘Inaugural HBB Awards’ with The Leader newspaper as the major sponsor. There are $30,000 worth of prizes to be shared between the five category winners.

The Awards are easy to enter – you simply have to tell the judges why you think your business is successful by describing your business, your customers, a marketing strategy, two of your main achievements and how you have overcome a problem.

The Categories cover every type of business

• Merchandising
• Business services
• Trade
• Hospitality
• Farming
• Personal services.

Winners will be announced by the Minister for Small Business, Hon Andre Haemeyer, at the Great Australian Lifestyle Show to be held at the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne on August 11th at 5pm.

1. A Manual on entering awards, titled “Your Business Can be a Super Winner”
