Support Worker – AUTISM SA
24 Hours per week over 4 days. Open employment environment. Rewarding role. Autism SA has a highly successful business service called TASC. This unit supports a range of successful employment opportunities for people with autism / Asperger Syndrome. They currently operate a number of works groups who receive specialised support in a variety of work settings. As a Support Worker in the Western suburbs, you will have the opportunity to provide positive support while facilitating personal growth and skill development in a workplace environment. There will be 4 people in your enclave who you will encourage to reach their own potential as valued members of the working community and give meaning to their life. In this role you will be working collaboratively with a team in planning, development, delivery and accountability of services. This is a very rewarding role and to be successful you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible attitude and be able use your initiative.
