The Axiom Family Support Program (a service of the Horizon Foundation Inc.) works with families who have a family member with a disability, and who receive funding through the Family Support Program, Disability Services Queensland. We currently have a position available for a motivated individual who has a minimum of diploma level qualifications in a relevant discipline and demonstrated experience. You will be joining a dynamic team which has a commitment to the on-going training and education of staff, with salary sacrificing opportunities available.
