February 19, 2009Hugh Nicholls, City of Sydney’s Cultural Development Officer, wants to let people know about their Accommodation Grants Program that offers subsidised use of City properties to not for profits and community organisations.
3 New Properties Available
1. Waterloo Library Offices (43m2)
2 connected rooms, would suit community development group.
2. Cook and Phillip Community Rooms (65m2) – 2 rooms plus kitchenette, would suit community/youth recreation group.
3. Riley Street Depot (200m2) – clean spaces with basic amenities would suit artist studios/cooperative.
Inspections
There will be an open Inspection for the Cook and Phillip Community Rooms and Riley Street Depot from 4.00pm to 6.00pm – Tuesday 24 February 2009.
Inspection of the Waterloo Library space can be arranged by appointment.
Applications
Applications will close at 5pm Monday 16 March 2009.
