A new online campaigning community 38 degrees has launched this week with a campaign to change the law to give people the right to recall their MP if they fail to do their job.
Like nef, 38 degrees is independent of any political party and believes that building a better world is possible. We’ll be working with them over coming months, so take a look around their new site and make your voice heard. 38 degrees has been inspired by similar online campaigning sites such as the international Avaaz.org and the US-based MoveOn.org which helped sweep Barack Obama from outsider candidate to President last year.”
