Melbourne’s Augustine Centre will run a retreat at Cloudmountain in the Grampians 7-10 August. It will focus on:

“developing personal practices for sustaining the self and for deepening one’s capacity to be in a transformative relationship to life. It will incorporate restorative practices as well as contemplative elements for all those who lead busy active lives…an opportunity to stop, pause and take stock on how to sustain our activism in ways which allow body mind and spirit to be in conversation.”

Facilitators:

Dr. Caresse Cranwell – trained in experiential therapies
Paul Sanders – a contemplative teacher, senior Zen student and experienced retreat
facilitator

Date – 7-10 August 2009
Venue – Cloudmountain Retreat, DUNKELD, Grampians
All welcome
