Oxfam Australia is asking us to respond to the Haiti earthquake. With more than 100,000 people feared dead, and millions more needing urgent assistance after the earthquake yesterday, they ask for our help to save lives.
“An Oxfam team is already on the ground in Haiti, assessing the damage and working to get aid to those who need it most. But we need your urgent support given the scale of the disaster – the largest earthquake ever recorded in this desperately poor country.
Your donation will provide immediate, life-saving assistance such as clean water, shelter, sanitation as well as helping the people of Haiti to recover over the longer-term.
