Happy to pass on Infoxchange Australia advice that it is launching a ‘suite of cloud based applications aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the not-for-profit sector’.
AppPac4nfp brings together Microsoft’s cloud based CRM, collaboration and productivity tools with Infoxchange’s service coordination and client management applications.
These applications allow not-for-profits to focus on service delivery without the burden of supporting in-house IT infrastructure and enables secure access from anywhere with an Internet connection.
The components of AppPac4nfp include:

S2S – Service Coordination and SRS – Client Management
The development of S2S and SRS has been driven by the belief that technology can help improve the productivity of community service organisations.
S2S incorporates intuitive tools to improve service coordination, electronic referral, resource management and information sharing.
SRS is a client management system designed specifically for the human services sector. It improves the quality and efficiency of service delivery by helping organisations manage client information and activities.
S2S is currently used by over 5,000 workers in the sector for service coordination and electronic referral, and SRS is currently being rolled out to up to 1,200 organisations across Australia as part of the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare’s Specialist Homelessness Services project.
All of the components of AppPac4nfp are available to eligible not-for-profit organisations at a significant discount from commercial rates.
The AppPac4nfp suite will be on display at the Connecting Up conference from June 1-3 at the Crown Conference Centre in Melbourne. Infoxchange will be exhibiting with Microsoft at the conference.
Connecting Up is an annual conference that brings together the not-for-profit sector to focus on how organisations can use information technology to improve operations and outcomes.
