A new Stockman’s Challenge and Bush Festival event – at Strathalbyn (19,20,21 September 2014) on the Fleurieu Peninsula, gateway to the Coorong and Lower Lakes of the Murray – is a NonProfit effort to preserve the cultural heritage of Australian bush skills and traditions, and to support the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
will help preserve the skills of our pioneering bush stockmen – our heritage.
Young riders will be mentored to prepare them to compete in Stockman’s Challenge events (which are run all over the country) by holding regular clinics run by some of Australia’s best and most successful Challenge competitors.
The association is open to members with both full and social memberships available for a small subscription.
As a NonProfit group members are a strength and you are welcome to join up and support the group.
