Lower Lakes Stockman’s Challenge & Bush Festival 16-18 Sept

The word is spreading about this year’s Lower Lakes Stockmans Challenge and Bush Festival running over the 16th – 18th September in Strathalbyn, 55 kms SE of Adelaide. Chloe Pearce is working hard as Promotions Coordinator – keen for the event to reach iconic status for SA!

The Lower Lakes Stockman’s Challenge and Bush Festival is a 3 day event with local and interstate competitors showcasing their skills in:

• whip cracking
• bareback obstacles
• stock handling
• packhorse
• horse shoeing
• cross country events

The partnership between horse and rider, the trust and respect they have for each other, and the way they work together really showcases the Aussie ‘bush spirit’…something that SA is keen to preserve for all of us.
