Michael gets constant ‘house-sits’ through http://www.housecarers.com/ a service that matches people from all over the world, including Australia.
The house-sitter’s rent, power etc is covered in return for providing security for the homeowner and caring for their pets while they go away.
What Michael Is Looking For
Michael is looking for ‘an honest, non-smoking lady’ who would be interested in helping him with the house-sitting.
He says it would be a help to have references – he has a police clearance – and though not always needed, it is a bonus, he believes.
Other Odd Jobs While House-Sitting
While on house-sits you can sometimes pick up odd jobs fruit picking etc and make some extra money too.
