January 29, 2008The 2008 Australian Innovation Festival is coming up fast 26 April – 30 May. This year innovators, inventors and creative small businesses all around Australia can win over $50,000 in cash plus a range of other prizes by entering INNOVIC’s 2008 Next Big Thing Award.
Applications close on 14 March 2008.

INNOVIC is an independent, not for profit organisation, established in 1986. It provides a range of practical services and assistance to help innovators to commercialise good new ideas, and helps over 1,800 innovators every year.
Special Support From The Melbourne Museum
- This year the successful finalists’ innovations will be presented at the Museum from 14 May – 22 June and members of the public will select a People’s Choice winner.
- The exhibition will be accompanied by a Young Entrepreneurs’ Week, to stimulate and encourage young innovators
- There will also be a “Making Money from New Ideas” seminar.
