The half-day Symposium will address the restrictions on health claims under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code and the risks and opportunities.
The speakers will cover a range of issues about innovative foods and food claims, and food marketing concerns with the Code, the Competition and Consumer Act and other relevant laws that impact on branding foods with innovative claims.
