This work would be Fly in – Fly out of Adelaide, all meals and accommodation provided. Temporary and permanent opportunities exist, on a roster of 2 weeks on, 2 week off. Director of Sales – Adelaide – Major National Hotel Group
* Part of the senior management team at a highly reputable Adelaide site. Reporting to the Area General Manager, the Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales, marketing and communication strategies, leading to the achievement of agreed financial objectives and growth. This will be achieved by driving, leading and coaching a sizeable sales team to ensure Adelaide operations gain maximum exposure, therefore developing increased revenue-generating opportunities. Critical to this position will be your ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans; proven sales management skills, including developing measurement tools and coaching and mentoring staff; sound operational management; a high degree of commercial acumen; and highly attuned interpersonal skills, with a quality and service ethic that is second to none.
