COORDINATOR – CANBERRA *
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a non government community organisation, which provides respite support to families who have a child/ young person with moderate to profound disabilities.We are seeking a coordinator who is a self motivated and enthusiastic person and will be required to have a formal qualification relating to the disability field.Your key responsibilities will include supervision, management and to coordinate the delivery of support within the homes or the community that meets the outcomes agreed with families.
Duties: Provide Information, resources and supervision to key worker and support workers, meet with other community agencies and government departments to ensure coordination of service for families using more than one services, provide weekly progress reports and outcomes to the operation manager and monthly reports to the executive director, or any other reports as required, exchange relevant information and ideas with colleagues and contribute to team meetings, work within an agreed financial hours usage budgets.
Essential: At least 12 months experience working in a senior position within the disability field, current ACT Driver Licence, ability to work independently within a small team, excellent interpersonal, organisational and managerial skills, demonstrated commitment to participation in supervision and professional development. REPORTING COORDINATOR- CANBERRA
Initial 3 month contract with possible 3 month extension.The reporting coordinator will be responsible for the internal reporting coordination function as part of the agencies change program. Key skills will include experience in program or project reporting with focus on risk and issues related reporting.Requirements: Qualifications and/or experience in project management, experience in program/project reporting – preferably risks and issues related.
Responsibilities: establishes and maintains internal program/project management reporting regimes; including processes and frameworks.
