Key speakers and Indigenous thinkers will join forces with Reconciliation Victoria to consider the way forward for reconciliation at a public forum ahead of Rec Vic’s AGM on 22 September, 4:30 -7pm.

Who Will Speak?

Michael Gorton, AM
Michael Gorton was the inaugural Co-Chair of Reconciliation Victoria, and was on the original Council for Aboriginal Reconciliation. He was recently appointed Chairperson of the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission.

Muriel Bamblett
Muriel Bamblett, a Yorta Yorta woman, is Chairperson of the Secretariat of National Aboriginal & Islander Child Care (SNAICC), and CEO of the Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency.

Graham Atkinson, Traditional Owners Land Justice Group Graham Atkinson is a Yorta Yorta and Dja Dja Wurrung man and a Chair of both Native Title Services Victoria and the Victorian Traditional Owners Land Justice Group.
