This role is based in the CBD, with facilities that include accommodation, entertainment, dining and various F & B outlets. Bring your hospitality industry experience. As an experienced educator, you will be responsible for delivering, administering and managing the on the job training and development of all catering & employees. With an emphasis on providing a quality, professional and effective service, you will need to possess sound communication skills and a highly developed knowledge of the hospitality / food and beverage industry. With your relevant training experience, you will have the responsibility of coordinating employee training and developmental requirements. You will also ensure induction, on-the-job training, the F&B buddy system and supervision of training outcomes is addressing the needs of both the business and staff. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience in providing training programs in a similar environment. You need to possess a passion for the industry, an in-depth knowledge of teaching methodologies and techniques used and appropriate qualifications (preference Train the Trainer qualification, teaching or social sciences).
