The Rural Doctors Workforce Agency (RDWA) is a non profit organisation jointly funded by State and Federal Governments, with a vision to build and sustain high quality medical services in partnership with rural and remote communities. RDWA provides support for general practice businesses in order to help them achieve best practice and grow. This support is in the form of advice across finance, marketing, administration, human resources and other facets of running a contemporary business.The successful applicant will assist in the delivery of a wide range of business support services to rural and remote communities in South Australia and in the co-ordination of RDWA Business and Development Unit Programs. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of relationships between RDWA and external business partners.
